Four checks when applying yourself
- Do your name, passport number, date of birth and other details match your passport?
- Do your portrait and passport image meet the official requirements?
- Can you check payment status and contact your bank or the official support team if an error occurs?
- Can you read a correction notice and respond within the deadline?
The official conditions provide ten days to correct a returned application, and processing starts again after resubmission. The official FAQ states that details on an already issued e-visa cannot be changed.
Comparing agencies
Check the company name, contact details, work included, fees, cancellation and refund terms, and handling of personal information. Paying for assistance does not guarantee visa issuance or admission at the border.
Fees and refunds
Distinguish official application fees from agency service fees. Official fees are non-refundable regardless of the decision. Additional agency services and refund conditions depend on the contract you accept when ordering. Do not assume an unconditional full refund.
