Draft answers are saved in this browser and can be restored within seven days of the last save. Unsubmitted files are not saved. Avoid shared devices; you can remove local drafts through your browser’s site-data settings. Answers and files are sent for review when you submit the application. Website operation and external resources
The application is hosted on a Hetzner server in Helsinki, Finland. Cloudflare handles public website traffic and security. When used to protect sign-in and application submission against abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and browser/challenge information. The design loads Google Fonts and an Unsplash image, so your browser can send those providers your IP address and request information. Google Analytics and Plausible are not configured for this website.
Essential session cookies support login, application checkout and secure form submission. Disabling these cookies can prevent those functions from working.
Purposes and retention
Contact, order and application information supports customer requests, application administration and staff review. Technical request information supports website operation and security. Retention is limited by the purpose of processing and applicable legal requirements. Application documents and identity information are assessed separately from application and accounting records. Contact us to request deletion; mandatory retention requirements may restrict deletion of specific records.
