First check whether a visa exemption applies to your nationality and purpose. If you need a visa, choose a route that fits your trip.
Check the e-visa conditions
Confirm your passport is on the official nationality list. The unified e-visa allows one entry, is valid for 120 days from issue and permits up to 30 days of stay within that validity. Both entry and exit must use approved checkpoints.
Check the purpose and duration
The e-visa covers specified purposes including tourism, private and business visits and certain events. If your nationality, purpose, stay or number of entries does not fit, consult the responsible Russian consulate about the appropriate regular visa. Work and study may require a specific category. There is no single validity or stay rule for all sticker visas.
Documents and timing
The official e-visa application is online, within 86 to 4 days before intended entry. Prepare compliant passport and portrait images and accurate application information. Corrections restart processing. An agency's preparation time is separate. Review the official conditions. For a regular visa, use the current checklist and appointment instructions of the office handling your application.
Check your route separately
A regular visa does not establish that every border crossing is available to you. Check current entry arrangements, checkpoint operation, carrier requirements and transit-country rules before travelling.
Choosing assistance
Russia Visa Express is an independent private agency. Review the service and price before ordering. If your itinerary does not fit the e-visa, contact us to confirm the available assistance.
